We accept a wide range of insurance benefits and are willing to work with those who may be out of network with our company.

In-network insurances with our company include: AARP, Anthem, BCMH, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Buckeye, Caresource, Homelink, Medicaid, Medical Mutual, Medicare, Medicare MCO’s, Northwood, United Heath Care, Wellcare, Worker’s Compensation, and many more.

Out-of-network insurances with our company include: Aetna, Antares, Cigna, EmeraldHealth, Kaiser, and Summacare.

If you are unsure as to whether your insurance is in-network or out-of-network, just call in to our office and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Bill payment is available via telephone or mail for any remaining costs not covered by your insurance. We accept most major credit cards, cash, and checks. Feel free to mail in your payment or call our office and one of our billing representatives can take your payment securely over the phone.
